I had never run farther than a half-marathon (13.1 miles) before this point. I would suggest checking out the 360 Man Project Level 1 Fitness or 30 day workout program.ĭuring the summer of 2017 I made up my mind to run a marathon. ![]() ![]() I do not recommend this to someone who has never done strength training before, and would highly urge them to build a foundation of fitness first. I have to warn you, this is a slightly more unconventional method of training for a marathon or ultramarathon, than what you might be used to, or what most other people do. ![]()
